I have been asked by my best friend in Saudi Arabia about importing goats to Saudi Arabia.
He is looking for male goats, about 200 thousand animal.
I am currently looking for the price of the goat, if it is possible including freight and other associate cost from Australia to Saudi Arabia.

I am contemplating commencing the farming of Goats on a property I have purchased at River Heads in Qld. I have 15ha of well grassed paddocks (sloping) with 3 Dams for water supply plus Town water. It is a well endowed with trees and undulating . I have been advised that I should consider electric fencing rather than traditional wire fences. I would appreciate thoughts on what breed of goats that I should consider farming as I wish to enter production for the meat export market. Details of costs and other details will be appreciated. I read your comment and questions. I just wanted to add we live in an over populated area with white tail deer. Our ground is sloped and alot of trees. In the bottom area we get slugs, the goats eat these with the grass and get the deer worm disease. Just a warning to becareful of the pastures.
